Yes, I know PURPOSE is the new buzz word, sugar-coated with some shiny values, free yoga, meditation, voluntary time off, plus competitive salary and off you go to attract top talents to heal the world. No, not quite what I have in mind. The ingredients per se are not the problem but as long as the intention behind all that is just to outperform competition, higher, faster, further there is always someone we leave behind, exclude, exploit for our own benefit.
I noticed a craving for real and authentic connection, a „safe space“ to belong and productively participate with our uniqueness to create something great with meaning. I have successfully tried it. And yes, an ego-free system is sustainable, more fun and highly productive.

This sets the stage for diving into your focus topic, utilizing a toolbox of coaching, mentoring, attentive listening, consulting, inspiration or sparring, tailored to your specific needs.
INTO THE WOODS is usually done solo. On request it can be adapted to teams up to 8 people and combined with any other module.

My roots are in the north of Germany, born and raised with 3 sisters in Hamburg I spent hours up on trees and even more hours on a soccer pitch. I am a Business Therapist, an experienced, courageous and humble leader with 20+ years in the IT and software industry. I am a Linguist, a 1st division soccer player and a mother of two. I value authenticity and awareness in people. I am a curious observer, full of ideas, more introvert than extrovert, passionate as well as pragmatic. People describe me as straight forward. I tend to speak too fast when excited or stressed. I love a good challenge, licorice and having an impact. I don’t like unwrapping presents in front of others and when people with power misuse it for their own benefit. My number one value is courage and my favorite super power creativity.
